Hi! I’m Jason. I’m a Junior Business Analyst who thrives on turning messy data into clear, actionable insights, and making sure those insights actually help people. After graduating from Tallahassee State College (and now studying at Florida State University), I dove into QA/UAT testing for Five Points Group, where I learned the importance of both technical precision and empathetic communication with clients. My favorite part of business analysis is bridging the gap between “what the system does” and “what the user needs.” I love asking questions, mapping out workflows, and making complex requirements feel straightforward. I believe clear communication, curiosity, and a dash of creativity are what make projects – and teams – truly succeed.
Over the next 12–18 months, I’ll transition from supporting QA/UAT to leading full requirements cycles – writing user stories, overseeing UAT, earning PMI-PBA, and mastering Power BI dashboards. In the long run, I aim to become a Senior Business Analyst, mentor junior team members, drive process automation, and eventually make my way up to a Project Manager.
Maintain daily piano practice and complete at least two woodworking projects this year to stay creatively balanced, while also prioritizing regular weekly exercise.

I’ve been passionate about swing dancing for the past two years—traveling up and down the East Coast to attend workshops, dance weekends, and social dances.
When I’m not on the dance floor, you’ll find me at the piano. I’ve been taking lessons for a year now, and last spring I performed in a recital at FSU—my first time playing in front of a crowd. Learning new pieces and refining my technique has taught me patience, discipline, and the joy of creating something I can share.
